Carl E. Reynolds, Jr., was born in Dayton, Ohio, and grew up in Fairborn, a small town in southwestern Ohio. He attended Fairborn High School and was awarded all-state status in basketball and baseball. He attended Florida State University on an athletic scholarship and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Management. He later attended Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree.

Areas of Practices
Mr. Reynolds has worked with his son, Carl E. Reynolds, III, since the creation of Carl Reynolds Law. His principal area of practice is personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Reynolds has served in non-paid civic positions as a member of the Orange County Planning & Zoning Commission and the Orange County Land Planning Agency as well as being selected by the Economic Development Commission of Central Florida to travel to Europe representing Central Florida in a public relations capacity. Mr. Reynolds has lived in the Orlando area since 1971.
Outside the Office
Married to Deborah House Reynolds for more than 43 years, they are the parents of 6 children and grandparents of 21. Mr. Reynolds enjoys playing a round of golf, actively supporting his local church congregation, and traveling with his wife to be with his children and grand children.
